GARAI A MISSION

Our satellite GARAI A was launched on January 14th from the Space Launch Complex at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California, within the Transporter-12 Mission, mounted on the proven OHB Sweden InnoSat platform.

GARAI A, through the Iberian Space Partnership between SATLANTIS, Ceiia and Geosat, will serve as the forerunner of the Atlantic Constellation.

GARAI A represents a new generations of satellites for SATLANTIS. It is our companys’ seventh mission and fourth end-to-end solution for multiple EO applications – ranging from infrastructure monitoring, food security, coastal and border awareness, among others.

The satellite is a high-performance Earth Observation MicroSatellites, designed to provide submeter resolution. It embarks two-double channel instruments onboard, ISIM-90 and ISIM-170 Payloads [developed by SATLANTIS] featuring multispectral, short-wave infrared, polarimetry and video capabilities.
