Since 2011, the Starmus Festival has delivered a combination of science, art and music and SATLANTIS team joined this year’s edition “Starmus. 50 years on Mars” on September 5-10, 2022, proud to contribute to such a major event dedicated to science, arts and innovation.

During his lecture, SATLANTIS CEO Juan Tomás Hernani said that “The number of satellites has increased 6 times during the last years. The increase was expected, but this number is more than we were expecting. We expect private satellites’ number to increase in the coming years.”

Only 6 months after signature, Armenia is now in the club of the Space countries, and ready to execute a long-term strategy, structuring a NewSpace ecosystem in the Country that needed such a motivation to quickly start. “We are very proud to have sponsored the Starmus event, and enlarged the impact generated by the launch of the first Earth Observation satellite for Armenia, called Armsat_1”, stated Hernani during his lecture at STARMUS Festival.
