This year, we took part in the second edition of the Bizkaia Talent Strategy, a training and strategic reflection program aimed at helping companies design, refine and align their talent strategies to face todayβs global challenges.
For us, this initiative fits perfectly with our core values: innovation, growth, and a dynamic mindset. It has provided us with valuable tools and insights to strengthen our approach to talent attraction, career development, and building a purpose-driven, people-first culture.
By participating, weβve not only grown our internal strategy, but also connected with a wider network of organizations committed to shaping Bizkaia as a competitive and inspiring place to work.
For SATLANTIS, taking part in this program has been a valuable opportunity to develop a thoughtful and coherent strategy for attracting, recruiting, and retaining talent β one thatβs closely aligned with the companyβs core values and long-term vision. With guidance from experts across various fields and support from a highly capable technical team, SATLANTIS has been able to translate its learnings into a concrete action plan.

A Well-Rounded Learning Journey
The program was organized throughout a five month period where, in collaboration with the rest of the participating companies, we worked on the development and understanding of four thematic modules: Business, Culture, Promise, and Strategy. The sessions have been delivered both through in-person and online sessions.
Through training and active participation the program ensures that the companies not only absorb the concepts, but also begin their implementation in the specific organizations.Β Bizkaia Talent Strategy is enabling Bizkaia to grow as a territory equipped with fresh strategies and strengthened networks. We continue growing as an area that values and cultivates talent.
