SATLANTIS is seeking a Business Controller profile for the coordination of the Project Control area.
Below is a detailed list of tasks to be performed. It is not expected that all tasks listed here will be carried out by a single person, but rather in cooperation with the rest of the team, with responsibilities assigned based on individual experience and capabilities.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordination of the Project Control area, reporting to the Financial Department;
- Preparation of financial closures for projects based on their progress, analysis of deviations from the budget, and reporting;
- Budgeting for new projects and forecasting;
- Review of contracts with clients and suppliers, focusing on financial aspects;
- Coordination of project audits;
- Full economic management of grants; from application to justification or requirements.
Skills and experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field;
- Approximately 5 years of experience in auditing or management control departments;
- Proficiency in Excel and other management software;
- Proactivity as a personal management skill;
- Analytical skills;
- Teamwork;
- Effective communication and negotiation skills as personal management competencies.
Languages:
C1 level of English or equivalent.
